The expansion is concentrated around competitive gaming, game-specific configuration, CPU/GPU performance, latency and capability-aware hardware control rather than padding the count with mystery registry entries.

NVIDIA gets 12 protected per-game DRS controls. AMD gets protected ADLX paths for Anti-Lag, Boost, Chill and Enhanced Sync where the installed driver exposes them.
The Lowest Latency decision system considers the detected GPU and game instead of stacking conflicting Reflex, Anti-Lag, V-Sync and legacy latency options.
The current 6.5 build breaks down into 203 manifest-backed Windows, browser, power and Fortnite controls, 15 protected smart/hardware controls, 12 NVIDIA DRS controls, 4 AMD ADLX controls and 1 protected temporary game-process priority control.
Capture a baseline, apply one Advanced/Test variable, repeat the same test and compare average FPS, 1% lows and frame times. PHANTOM can recommend KEEP, RESTORE or TEST AGAIN and automatically restore a clearly worse tested setting.
Recommended Setup can consider GPU vendor, CPU support, Windows version, laptop/desktop state, battery power, refresh rate, installed games, Reflex/Anti-Lag support, background load and installed browsers/apps. Privacy, cosmetic, troubleshooting and aggressive test settings stay manual.
