Install, update and diagnose.

Follow the customer package instructions exactly. Do not run PHANTOM TWEAKS from inside the ZIP.

New installation

From ZIP to activated app.

Extract everything

Extract the complete customer ZIP into a new folder.

Run the installer

Double-click Install PHANTOM TWEAKS.bat.

Open the app

Use the desktop shortcut if it does not open automatically.

Activate

Enter the owner-issued code while online and select Unlock PHANTOM TWEAKS.

Updating an existing copy

  1. Extract the new ZIP to a fresh folder.
  2. Close PHANTOM TWEAKS completely.
  3. Run Install PHANTOM TWEAKS.bat.
  4. Install over the existing copy.
  5. Open normally and confirm automatic sign-in.

Your licence, username, backups, logs and history should remain in place.

Reporting a problem

  1. Take a screenshot of the message.
  2. Copy the error reference.
  3. Open Settings to access logs.
  4. Press Ctrl + Shift + D for diagnostics.
  5. Send the information privately by email or Discord. Do not post a licence code, payment details or full hardware ID in a public channel.

Reduce the chance of avoidable problems.

Back up personal files

Keep important files backed up independently of PHANTOM TWEAKS.

Create a restore point

Use Windows System Restore before wider system maintenance.

Read each warning

Some network repairs interrupt connectivity and some actions require a restart.

Do not interrupt repairs

Keep the app open during SFC, DISM, updates and other long-running actions.

Rollback or uninstall

Use Rollback Previous PHANTOM TWEAKS.bat to restore an available verified previous app package. Use Uninstall PHANTOM TWEAKS.bat to remove the application.

The normal uninstall keeps the signed activation, username, backups, logs and history. Contact support before deleting local licence data.
