Seller and contact
The seller is George Cox, trading as Phantom Tweaks, an individual trader based in the United Kingdom. Customer support is available at phantomtweaks@outlook.com and through the Phantom Tweaks Discord.
For routine support, purchase questions, privacy requests or formal correspondence, contact Phantom Tweaks by email or through the official Discord support channel.
Product and payment
The product is PHANTOM TWEAKS 6.5.0, a downloadable Windows x64 utility. The price is €7.99 EUR, including any applicable seller taxes. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription. One purchase supplies one hardware-bound PC licence, protected customer access and future customer updates while the product remains supported.
Payment is arranged manually through PayPal inside a private ticket in the official Phantom community Discord server. The seller confirms the payment before generating website access. Customers should keep their PayPal receipt and must not send payment to anyone who contacts them first by direct message. The order quantity is fixed at one.
One-PC licence
- The licence is personal to the purchaser and activates on one PC.
- The first successful activation links the code to the PC’s hardware identity.
- Reinstalling Windows or changing a storage drive should not normally require a reset.
- A motherboard replacement or moving to a replacement PC requires a manual reset review.
- Two genuine PC-change reset reviews are included. Further resets may be refused or approved at the owner’s discretion.
- The licence cannot be sold, transferred, shared, published or used by several people.
- Shared, resold, chargeback-related or fraudulently obtained licences may be suspended or revoked.
- A customer can appeal a revocation through support with the order reference and purchase email.
- The licence does not expire while the product remains supported and the customer follows these terms.
Digital delivery and updates
Payment confirmation and website-code issue are manual. After payment is confirmed in the official Discord ticket, the seller generates a one-time website activation code. Unused codes expire after seven days and can only be redeemed once. During redemption the customer creates a username and password for a reusable customer account. The app licence may appear in that account or be sent separately inside the private Discord ticket. Customers should keep their order reference and login credentials private.
The signed-in customer portal creates a short-lived download link. Each order includes ten protected downloads before owner review. Existing customers with a legacy private-access link can convert that access into a customer login. Customers can ask support to review access after identity and order checks. The current public package is version 6.5.0. Previous packages are not publicly listed, but support may provide one when needed for troubleshooting.
Before payment, the customer must confirm inside the private purchase ticket that they request immediate digital supply and understand that the normal 14-day cancellation right ends once the download or other digital supply begins. Statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unavailable digital content remain.
Cancellations, faults and refunds
- A customer can request cancellation before the licence or digital access is supplied.
- Accidental duplicate payments are refunded after transaction verification.
- If a paid licence is not supplied within the stated timeframe, the customer can request delivery or a refund.
- Activation, download or software faults receive troubleshooting first where a reasonable fix is available.
- A confirmed defect may result in repair, replacement access, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and the customer’s legal rights.
- Using an unsupported system or ignoring a clear compatibility warning does not create an automatic refund right, but it does not remove statutory rights.
- A confirmed refund disables the private download and revokes the licence.
- A chargeback may suspend the licence while the payment dispute is investigated.
Report faults as soon as possible with the order reference, Windows version, app version, exact error, diagnostic reference and steps already tried. This request does not limit statutory time rights.
Privacy
Phantom Tweaks collects the minimum information needed to create and deliver orders, prevent abuse, provide support and manage licences. This may include email address, Discord name and optional user ID, order reference, payment identifiers, Windows version, licence state, hardware activation identifier, support messages, download events and security records.
Order and accounting records may be kept for up to six years. Closed support requests are normally kept for 24 months. Security logs and hashed download-address records are normally kept for 90 days. Customers can request access, correction or deletion by emailing phantomtweaks@outlook.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
Age and purchases
A purchaser must be 18 or older. A person under 18 may use the product only where a parent or guardian makes the purchase and accepts the terms. Customers must not use another person’s payment account without permission.
Performance and third-party systems
Results vary by hardware, drivers, Windows configuration, game settings and network conditions. Phantom Tweaks does not guarantee a specific FPS increase, ping reduction or benchmark score. The app does not intentionally inject into games or modify game files. No third-party utility can guarantee acceptance by every game, tournament or anti-cheat system now or in the future. Customers remain responsible for checking the rules of the games and services they use.
