Windows x64
The release package is built for Windows x64. Windows 11-specific controls, including Best Performance power mode and some Windows features, stay unavailable where the supported API is not exposed.
The customer package identifies itself as Windows x64. Individual 6.5.0 controls are gated by the Windows build, edition, CPU power-management model, GPU, driver and device capabilities they actually require.

Some hardware, network and machine-wide controls need elevation. PHANTOM hashes and validates elevated requests and restricts administrative actions through an allowlist.
CPU, network adapter, controller, display and graphics controls are hardware dependent. Unsupported controls are intentionally unavailable instead of forced.
Customer login, licence validation and signed automatic update delivery require network access. Network-adapter changes can briefly reconnect the active adapter.
Maximum refresh-rate testing only offers modes Windows reports at the current resolution and uses the protected 15-second Keep or Revert system.
The executable is not Authenticode code-signed, so Windows can show an unknown-publisher warning. Do not disable Defender or SmartScreen; use the official package and its integrity verification.
The stable release is designed to report unsupported Windows, NIC, controller, CPU, GPU and display controls as unavailable rather than pretending a change worked.
